By chance would you have the wire for dual horns? Yellow wire with 2 black connectors that comes out of the harness on the passenger side by close to the battery.

Sorry I don't have that wire. I remember making one for my 79's dent and running it through the core support for protection from one side to the other.
I believe you might be able to get the terminal ends and make that wire easy enough try here for the insulated connectors:

Let me dig it out this afternoon to verify this.
Shoot me a pm with your email if you'd like a picture of it, (as I won't play "hostage" to photobucket or any other date "storage" host for money). :(

basketcase0302 wrote:I pray all here have been bumping along fine. Had to sell the DRW last year and don't know when my next bump will come along at this point so it's time to get rid of some inventory of my 30+ year collection of Ford truck parts as I ponder heading back farther South. Below is a partial list-but by no means a complete list of what I have for sale, (mostly small parts / no body parts / but please ask if you don't see it) and most parts are used unless specified. I've also put a link to the photobucket list of pics for most of the parts and tools listed below. Most of this stuff can be flat rate shipped in the small box via USPS for $5.90, (which includes a tracking number but no insurance) insurance usually runs an additional $1.30. Please send me the list of what you'd like and the city / state / zip code / residential or commercial address for an accurate shipping quote.
The larger stuff I can UPS ship if you want-or if your anywhere around Chattanooga you can stop in and pick it up.

Good afternoon. A real nutcase stole my 71 F-100, and then used it to burglarize the Flagship Store of REI here in Seattle. He abandoned my truck with the full load of loot on the street. If I can figger out how to upload a photo, I will. The REI folks were happy to get my phone call, and came to my house to pick up the stuff. Their estimate of the value is about $6000. There's more to the story for later.

My problem is that when he ditched the truck, he took the ignition switch, keys, AND the bezel nut that secures the switch to the dashboard, so I couldn't drive my truck home. I found replacement switch/keys, but finding the nut to hold the whole set-up in the dashboard has stumped me. You don't, by chance, have one of those nuts that holds the switch, do you? This truck is older than the majority of people on this planet, and I'd like to keep it rolling and safe. 300 I6, homely but faithful. Best to you, Glen Moore glenamoore@netscape.net

Glenn I'm sorry but I don't have the bezel nut. It looks like there is also a spacer that mounts the switch? Heads up that you'll find an age old problem with changing just the switch most here hate, (you'll now have two different keys for the truck versus one). A recent post had a forum member here getting all three "cylinders" keyed alike from DC I believe?

Looks like NPD has the bezel though, ( I built almost my entire truck from NPD and most stuff they sell is really decent quality).
