king pin grease nipple

Anyone have a way to figure this out I hope.Problem is,I cant seem to get any grease into 1 lower king pin nipple.I have taken off the nipple,replaced it,as well as cleaned out the inside of the king pin area with a small screwdriver. thanks guys

yikes! Sounds to me like there's enough corrosion in around the kingpin that's not allowing the grease to get pumped in....no room left! If you can still get grease in the top side, I think I'd try pumping as much as I could in there, drive it for a while, then try again. You might be able to get enough worked down the pin from the top to clean out the corrosion...but don't hold your breath. You could always try a little PB Blaster up from the bottom, maybe soaking in that for a week or two (while driving) will loosen up the corrosion, then you could pop that bottom cap off, clean it out again, and then try the grease.

Heat it. Get a propane torch and warm it up 9/10 that will do the trick.
