Rear tire rub?
Both of my swb f100s have 295/50/15s in the rear and they rub the inside sied of the tire on the side of the bed or whatever is down there. Is this really really bad? I can't tell when driving but c an see where it hsa been rubbing. I am thinking about putting on some 315/60-15 drag radials. Will these be terrible, and not even fit?

re: Rear tire rub?
I am not sure if the grag tire will be worse, but it sure would suck to blow out a tire while going fast. Maybe you should consider tubbing the wells.
My tires did the same thing on my jeep when I was 4xing. One of the nobs grabbed the edge of the inner well skin and peeled a small piece up. That was enough to put a small slice around the sidewall of my tire. I ended up buying a rim with a shallower backset to get the tires further away from the inner fender well.

re: Rear tire rub?
What is the rim width and what is the backspacing? 295's - even 315's should be oK but will probably require maximum backspacing, and a width of no more than 9" or 9.5"
I have 9.5" wide with 5" Backspacing and 275/60/17, and just enough room to know I could probably go to 295 and not rub.
I imagine you have 10" wide and 5" or less backspacing.

re: Rear tire rub?
What backspacing are you using? It would be a wise idea to tub the fenders or move the tires further out. Don't use wheelspacers, i've heard horror stories about those. Has the truck had a Drum to disc conversion (i'd imagine it had drums stock)?I wouldn't be surprisd if that did it, disc brakes are slightly thinner than drums, and can make the tires ruub, depending on axle and bed alignment. Is it only on one tire or on both rears? Check that the axle is on center, and the same with the bed. The axle may have slid sideways on the springs.
