I have a similar Mustang that I'm just about finished building, but it doesn't have a big block. It's a modified car, setup for open track driving.

Now I'm spending most of my time on the F100 to be the tow vehicle for track events.

Here's are a couple if pics of the Mustang

It's a 67 "C" code (meaning it was nothing special when new, just a run of the mill small block v8). However, I've done a lot of modifications for open track driving.

It now has a 351w with aluminum heads, roller cam and roller rockers. The exhaust system has JBA shorty headers that flow into 2.5" pipe, through an x-pipe all the way out the back. Trans is a modified T5 with a G-Force gear set. Rearend is a 9" with 31 spline axles. Brakes are discs all around from Baer Brakes. The suspension has tubular Global West a-arms, a bump steer kit and a 1" sway bar up front; the rear has Maier Racing leaf springs; and the frame has been beefed up with a roll bar and subframe connectors, also from Maier Racing. If you wanna see build pics, take a look at my CarDomain Site

It was a 4 year project, and I'm almost done. Now my focus has switched to the F100. I just want to get it to the point that it'll be a good reliable driver to tow my Mustang to track events.
