This noise just drves me batty. if you can hear it it is the higher pitched of the noises.

I cant tell by the video. What I hear sounds like a fan turning at high RPM without a shroud. The fan is twice as loud if you dont have a shroud.
Does it only make the noise under throttle or will it still make the noise rolling at 45 mph ideling ? Does the noise stop when you let off the gas or does it continue?

Stops when i let off the throttle. Does this mean i ned a shroud? and that the sound is not something coming appart if it is just the fan? i wonder if it has always been there? i used to have a loud radio cranked up.

I cant tell 100% from the video. Its a little distorted. Have you checked the fan to see if it has a bent blade? Even if its just a little bent, it will throw off the balance of the fan & it will go apesh*t at high RPM's.

i'm not sure what i was hearing. there was too much other muffler noise and the talking kind of killed the listening process.
