The "elenor" mustang was nothing more than a ricer body kit on a 302 Mustang.
The car in the video would flat out destroy the elenor.

Re: PURE AMERICAN MUSLE CAR
actually..if youve seen any of the reproductions they STILL produce...you can get far more than a 302....(btw you never see them pop the hood on the eleanor so what tells you its a 302?)and i like that kit...
bit different from EVERY other plain fastback....either way...50 g's? not for a mustang sorry....

Just a very SMALL example of 1967 Mustangs sold for $50,000+ this year. In one case 3 times that amount.
Just because YOU would not pay what something is valued at, that does not mean it does not have that value.
And Smellenor has to be the ugliest example of a Mustang I've ever seen.
Just sayin...

Re: PURE AMERICAN MUSLE CAR
theres no doubt that they go for that and above. thats stating the obvious. everyone is entitled to their own opinion and in my current economic state theres no way id do 50 on a stang...just sayin
to truly appreciate the eleanor version, you'd have to be a fan of resto-mods. come on surely you have to appreciate the modern upgrades that car got in suspension and drivetrain.
the first barret jackson listing is for a clone...nice face but worthless to someone looking for the real deal
the second listing is an auto which in my opinion has no place in a mans muscle car
and the third is another resto-mod
all of which are worth quite a bit o' moola. i never doubted that.

Now be a good boy and fecth the $100 Bill of the dash. While i accelerate a bit.
That's the problem with hemmings, is you still see $65K-$105K priced 500KR's and thats just a rusted out hulk or half restored shell. even in this economy.

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~
