Thanks, Tell me about it. What made it easy was the bump was mechanically tight, minimal amount of rust and a super straight body. The only issue is the overdrive now. I have to say I need a break and my wife would like to see me for a little bit, if you can talk her into it I will do it. Good luck on that one :D . This was done after work, half day staurdays and all day sundays. I was just dying to get it on the road. Plus it was a sanity check from the real world. I want to use it as my daily driver for the summer that was my major push.

Well some pictures of the bump lettered up. I have been using this as my run around truck for work since my superduty is in the fleet right now due to what seems to be every 6.0 diesel I own is in the shop everyother day. The sad thing though is it get's the same mileage as the new pickups. I took the mileage quest suggestions and with the 3speed with overdrive it has been gettting as 12.5-14.5 miles per gallon and if all highway up to 18 MPG.

That is a really sweet looking truck!

I really like the deep dish wheels, with hub caps and deep trim rings. I’m considering that look rather than custom wheels on my 69 Ranger.

Nice truck! Is that a spot light on the driver's side? Is it stock? Never noticed one on a bump before... How does it turn on (where is switch) and is there a way to adjust it from inside cab or just from outside? Could be a fun add-on if someone sells them!

Thanks about the spot light. I suppose it was not a factory option but an aftermarket deal at the time. But I love it also. I attached some pictures with the handle inside.

What paint is that? Looks real close to what I'm about to spray... I love this, you've given me a preview of what mine will hopefully look like in a few weeks (same colours/colour scheme)

For the paint the purple is a 1970 mopar plum crazy and the white is a 2007 Ford Superduty code. This is colors are what my whole fleet is big or small. :D

In the meantime I will look up the paint manufacture and type we use in my shop. It holds up pretty well
