Alright guys!
I'm gonna go ahead and go out on a limb and say that it's official that both Randy and I have started a "committee" of sorts to finally organize the first official F-100 Supernationals Fordification Meet-N-Greet! :woohoo:
We will start to get together the database of members in the following states to send out invitation PM's to, (as a lot of guys don't come on line a lot yet will receive the PM). We do please need some help with a few states, (gathering up members names and sending out PM's to those guys).
Georgia-Sargenrs
Tennessee-Basketcase0302(me)
Alabama-?
North Carolina-?
South Carolina-?
Virginia?
Kentucky-?

Please send either Randy or myself a PM if you can help with the memberlist PM'ing and I'll edit this post to include your name. In the meantime, if you're reading this please edit your profile to make sure you have at least your home state there! We got together 10-11 of us in Florida a few years back. I would personally set a wish of at least 20 of us for this meet, (look at the added bonus of the show to boot)! We really do need the little help of getting out the word and this has the possibility of being the biggest Fordification M-N-G-yet!

Edit to add state above.

The Official F100 Supernationals Thread!

Post by sargentrs »

First question: Anybody got a working knowledge of the City Municipal Building Parking Lot on Teaster Lane in Pigeon Forge so we can try to figure out the layout to pick a place to get together?

I'm thinking of driving up from Florida, It'll be about a 7 or 8 hour drive but I definately want to come. Maybe work will stay steady between now and then so I can afford it.

Troy,
Keep in mind even "bumpless" is fine. You don't have to bring a truck there to be a part of it, just bring yourself, (ok and the "better half" if you have to) LOL! Guys, (and gals) less than 24 hours later Randy and I have the ball rolling on this pretty good but we'll still need some help with PM'ing members. Please someone help out if you can-pretty simple-just a little time consuming getting the word out to everyone here via PM's so no one misses the thread here.

Jeff

It is possible that Miss Yvonne and I may be able to attend. We can also very easily go do some scouting for specific areas that can be used for the meet and greet. She is already looking for less expensive accomodations. If we can help in any way to make this happen....please let us know. Its less than an hour from me to go scout if needed.

Charlie,
That sounds awesome man! The two of you would already make a "possible" eleven of us counting on my end! I'm not really sure where Randy learned how to count...so I won't vouch for him LOL!
I don't believe that we have a firm location for the meet yet, we're still looking. The "scouting" might be a good possibility, thanks for offering! If ya'll find a cheaper place for accommodations, close in-to Pigeon Forge please let us know.

Guys (and Gals) in memory of Kap'nKaos our member we lost a few years back:
http://community.webshots.com/photo/ful ... 0501cNlNok
Here's the first "door prize" to be offered! I bought a "BUMP" sign a few years ago, (it is not as big as the one above with the Kap'n in it).
To the member who "travels the farthest" in a bump truck, (to be calculated by a GPS) if need be.
A brand new aluminum 24" X 24" yellow/black lettering brand new BUMP sign!

Image
Would like to use it as a "prop" before handing it over though! Possibly get a picture of all the members at the MNG standing in front of it-or holding it.
Still a possibility that I might not make it to the meet, (new job). If that's the case, I'll get the sign to Randy or another member to make sure it gets there.
Edit for sign picture insertion.

I've still got all my fingers and toes so I'm good for up to 20. After that I'll just have to call it "a bunch".
