FTE

Post by hotrodfeguy »

Ok I have to say I saw the old RANT :0) and didnt sit and read it till I had time. Now that I have read it here is what I think.

1) I think/thought FTE was very commercial to start with, but hey it had alot of good info for me as a Ford Truck lover. As time went on it was more and more that way. He says he spent so much money on that site ect ect What he failed to mention is how much money he has made. Yes he may have spent thousands but how many did he get? Money is the root of all evil and here you have it greed has outweighed/outplaced the love for Ford.

2) I spent my year in the freaking sand/IRAQ to live free !!! and FTE is now not what I consider free. Not talking money here, free to say my piece here is the best example I can give, of what I mean.

3) I have yet to donate to this site Fordification but now with this it has made me see the importance of this site to me. Not alot of clutter of stupid adds, very well organized. I am going to start listing a few things for auction support of this site. Thank you Fordification.

4) Conclusion... I am now after this going over to that FTE site to post one last time. And it will prolly end my account, but hey some things are worth fighting/posting about. Spc Wagner, AKA Hotrodfeguy out.

PS: I triend to post a copy of this but it kicked my post before it went up on FTE.

That's probably because you had the word "Fordification" in your post.

It's all good. Ken has his little harem of ho's who've remained to kiss his butt, and he has the contingent that just don't know any better, and then you have many of the people who have come to see the light, and found that yes, the grass CAN be greener on the other side (and now reside here)

You know I have yet to make it over to that site with the exception of a link or two from here about a funny post or something for sale. I am glad I have not had the dis-pleasure many of you had over there.

P.S. To Keith thanks for making FORDification the best forum site I have been too. This includes and chevy, 4x4, towing, garage, ford, dodge, or any other I belong too. Thanks. I I have paid for sites and do have one membership left at a site that I rarely ever go to anymore. When that membership is up in Feb. I will be tranferring my "dues" to keith either as a pypal donation or I will purchase something and auction it off for the site.
