JC Whitney weatherstrip

Post by pollock »

I was thinking about buying JC Whitney's complete cab weatherstrip kit, for $200. Anybody use it, or pieces of it?

How was the quality?

Well, I'll find out in 7-10 days. I ordered the kit. Price was reduced to $169, and they gave me a promo code for free shipping.

I'll post comments when it comes in.

Cool...please do, I'd be interested in hearing about the fit and quality. I'd also be interested in know who their supplier is for those kits :D

The one they stock for our trucks is by Precision Replacement Parts.

For other vehicles they carry Fairchild Industries and Soff Seal.

I have used some Precision products in the past and had very good results. Never used them for the ord truck though.
