Radiator Dimensions?

Anyone know what the 4 Core Radiator Dimensions are for our Trucks?

I did some checking on that. As far as I understand they are the same as your stock radiator. They use the same tanks and brackets and place four row cores in them. I was also told they are not as strong as a three core (just for info). They said if your temp runs at the right temp and doesn't overheat you shouldn't run into early failure. I have a 4 Core but want a Aluminum Radiator and didn't know off the Top of Head what size they were...

Aren't the 4 core those huge ones that came on the HD 390 and later on 460s? The one that has tanks the size of a bath tub.
I bought the next size down (3 core) for a 72 I built once. It was only a 302 but even with just an electric fan from a K car it would have to idle for 1/2 hour before the fan came on, around 198 I think. The fan never came on when moving or even on heat soak after shut down.

Have one custom built. Take your radator to them for deminsions. The thickness should be the only thing that changes. I beleave it is 1/2" thicker.

You can also get cores that are 3/4" wide a piece. I was told that a three core that uses the 3/4" wide cores are more effeciant that a regular 4 core radiator.
