Ok, I got out into the shop today and did something besides clean! I put the left side together and now all I have to do to finish the side off is bolt up the bracket, and put the shock back in. I can see where my caster will be by putting a jack under the i-beam, and it looks just about perfect... in the pictures, the coil is compressed just like it would be sitting with tires on.

Couple questions.
Do you have the part # for the springs you used, and are you happy
with them so far? Same question about your hedders. Looking real good!
Thank's Keith P.

I like the red radius arms. :)

For my headers I got dynomax standard series from jegs, part # is 289-85041. My dads buddy owns a jeep shop and we went over their one day to see some parts, I asked him about coils and he had some but they didnt have a box, and were brand new. He said they were rancho 4" lift coils for a f100-f150 2wd and 4wd, but was not sure. So he said take them home and see if they fit. They did :D. From what I have read, all coils from Broncos, f150's and f100 will fit on your truck w/o a problem. You can see on jackit.com they sell skyjacker lift coils and they say "F100/F150/Bronco".

Thank's Boots. I got a 250, but the front should be about the same
weight as a 100. It's got 32" tires on it and they just rub a bit going
thru dips or over curbs and stuff.

ive been working on my front bumper buildup right now, the only reason Im not working on this is because I cant drill the 1/2" holes in my brackets. Im getting a drill press next week so I can finnaly finish this(as well as welding gas :)). I tried drilling through my brackets with a hand cord drill but it was just hell. Also in 8 days im going to england until january 3rd so it will be about about january 8th when I finish this. I will update as soon as I get some stuff done!

here is a few shots of my front frame that I boxed. Im doing a front 6 5/8" tube bumper, 1/4" thick sidewall, and I boxed the front of frame so I can get a cleaner look, and so I can flatten the top down.

and a shot of the bottom left side before it was finished..

See!!! Im not being a lazy a$$, im actually doing stuff!
