What's the best high performance auto trans fluid?

Type F is suppose to be the best for quicker, firmer shifts. I've been running type FA because type F is getting harder to find.

Last year I drained all the type F from the C6 and tq converter in my '69. I replaced it with Royal Purple synthetic fluid. Now, I don't drive the truck on the street, just on the drag strip. It shifts quicker than when it did with the type F. The synthetic won't breakdown under extreme heat as regular tranny fluid will. B&M also sell a HP synthetic fluid, but I don't know of anyone using it.

There's none better. If it's good enough for all of the formula 1 teams (except of course ferarri) then it's gotta be good enough for my stuff!
