Disc Brake swap

Post by dotcentral »

What should I consider replacing while doing the swap? I have a donor truck, I was going to get the spindles, master cylinder, p-valve, rotors, and hardlines from it. I haven't pulled the wheels, so don't know if rotors can be turned or not. Will need new pads. Probably new kingpins. Anything else I should be thinking of?

Thanks, I'd already read that. I guess I was thinking more like a list of suspension and brake pieces to either check very carefully before re-using, or just go ahead and replace. Its a long (helpful) article, and just trying to be sure I don't miss anything.
